Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs?
There is no charge for shipping however in most cases the return of an empty cartridge is required. The buyer will need to ship us their empty cartridge at his/her charge. If no empty is supplied then a "core " charge" will apply (usually about $10 extra but could be as much as $25 depending on the type of cartridge involved).
If the purchase of a cartridge is a "recharge" or "remanufacture" then the empty core is needed. If the purchase of a cartridge is a "compatible" then no empty core is needed.
